- 今回は、最先端ロボットシステムの安定稼働を支える 【フィールドサービスエンジニア（FSE）】 を募集します。フィールドサービス部では、年間点検の計画立案、工数の見積もり、顧客との調整、現地での対応まで、一連の業務を担当。単なる保守業務にとどまらず、より高度なアフターサービスの企画や改善にも関わることができるポジションです。技術力を活かしながら、お客様に寄り添ったサービスを提供し、最先端ロボットの現場を支え、産業の未来を創る大きなやりがいを感じられるポジションです。
業務内容：
ロボットシステム点検に伴う工数見積もり作成、及び顧客とのスケジュール調整
現地での点検・メンテナンス作業（ハード・ソフト両面の確認）
トラブルシューティング（システムの不具合対応、原因調査、および解決策の提案）
顧客からの技術問い合わせ対応（リモートサポート、現地対応）
必要に応じたハードウェア・ソフトウェアのアップデート・修正
保守・点検データの分析を通じた改善提案（予防保全プログラムの強化など）
サービスの効率化・最適化のためのマニュアル・ガイドライン作成
営業・開発チームとの情報共有およびフィードバック
