■Responsibilities
SRE Strategy & Roadmap Development: Define and drive the execution of the SRE strategy and technical roadmap to enhance service reliability, performance, and scalability.
Observability Platform Leadership: Lead the management and improvement of monitoring, alerting, logging, and tracing tools, driving the establishment of optimal observability environments for each product.
Service Quality Definition & Achievement: Define Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and plan/execute improvement activities to achieve them. Drive the adoption and operation of Error Budgets.
Performance & Latency Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in service performance and latency, and direct/oversee the team in proposing and implementing solutions.
Incident Management & Troubleshooting: Act as an incident commander during production outages, leading rapid restoration efforts. Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and drive the implementation of preventative measures.
Operational Efficiency & Automation: Promote automation of operational processes to reduce toil, building an efficient and scalable operational framework.
Team Management & Development: Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations for SRE team members, contributing to the overall skill enhancement and performance of the team.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Strengthen collaboration with product development teams, infrastructure teams, security teams, and other relevant departments, fostering a DevOps culture and strong cooperative relationships.

Company overview: Our client mainly engages in the operation and management of restaurants.
Responsibilities: As a Manager of the Global SCM Headquarters, you will primarily work with overseas brands and local teams to identify operational issues, propose improvements, and support execution. Through diverse projects such as new store openings, launching new business formats, and responding to supply chain disruptions, you will promote practical problem-solving and operational enhancement in collaboration with local teams. In addition, you will be involved in both strategy formulation and execution support by contributing to the development of company-wide SCM strategies (logistics/procurement) and organizational transformation.
Main responsibilities:
Identify local issues and propose improvements through collaboration with each country and brand.
Design SCM and provide business support for new business brands and store openings.
Identify issues in food procurement and purchasing, and drive optimization, standardization, and consolidation of the supply network.
Improve operational tasks such as import/export duties, inventory management, and demand-supply adjustments.
Adjust inventory and respond to emergencies when switching ingredients/materials or during anomalies.
Project management: Plan, execute, and support the establishment of initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
Act as a bridge for long-term institutionalization of initiatives in cooperation with the headquarters and strategy department.

グローバルSCM事業推進部のマネージャーとして、主に海外の各ブランド（業態）や現地チームと連携し、オペレーション課題の特定・改善提案・実行支援を担います。新規出店や業態立ち上げ、サプライチェーン異常時の対応など、多様なプロジェクトにおいて、現地との共創を通じた実務レベルでの問題解決と業務高度化を推進していただくとともに、全社横断的なSCM戦略（物流/調達）・組織変革の立案支援を通じて、「戦略策定」及び「実行支援」双方に参画いただきます。
業務内容：
各国・各ブランドとの連携を通じた現地課題の特定と改善提案
新規業態・新店舗立ち上げにおけるSCM設計および業務支援
食品の調達・購買における課題把握、調達網の最適化、共通化・集約化の推進
輸出入業務、在庫管理、需給調整などのオペレーション業務の改善
食材・資材の切替や異常時対応時の在庫調整・緊急対応
プロジェクトマネジメント：複数の関係者を巻き込んだ施策の企画〜実行・定着支援
本社・戦略部との連携による施策の中長期的な制度化への橋渡し
