■業務内容当社の全社AI活用を推進するため、ITインフラを基盤とした企画・設計・導入をリードします。具体的には、クラウド環境（AWS、Azure、GCP）やオンプレミスを含むシステム構成の検討、AIプラットフォームの導入計画策定、部門横断での要件定義・合意形成を担当。さらに、AIポータル構築や教育プログラムの企画、ガバナンス体制の整備も重要な役割です。外部ベンダーとの調整や契約管理を行い、プロジェクト進行を管理。課題発見から提案、意思決定支援まで一貫して関与します。期待されるのは、ファシリテーション力や問題解決力を発揮し、異なる文化や価値観を持つ関係者と円滑にコミュニケーションを図ること。技術トレンドを把握し、最適なソリューションを提案できる方を求めています。
