Responsibilities

業務内容：

• お客様（カーOEM）への提案・説明・交渉・報告　を推進。
• 顧客との密なコミュニケーションを通じ、要件の分析を実施。自社の持つ技術の活用提案により新たな価値創造を推進。
• 目標品質・コスト・納期の達成に向けたでプロジェクト（百名から数百名以上の規模）の開発進捗を管理、推進する役割。
• 関係者と円滑なコミュニケーションを取り、適切に課題解決していくことで強固な関係性を構築。
• 若手メンバーにも教育、メンバーの成長、スキルアップ、組織の活性化に貢献。

Requirements

必要要件：

• 組み込みソフト開発　or　経験カーOEMとの対応、オートモーティブ関連の業務経験
• 品質問題を、真因分析（5wayやなぜなぜ分析など）を実施することで、課題を特定した経験のある方
• お客様と協働して、課題の解決に取り組んだ経験のある方
• データ分析や統計の知識および業務経験のある方
• 海外駐在の経験のある方
• カーメーカーへの出向経験
• 大規模ソフト開発（100名以上）の開発経験
• 顧客および他社との仕様調整業務(Working Group等)の経験
• 開発において1つの機能をリーダーとして開発推進できるスキル（機能リーダー）
• 仕様策定能力
• 課題解決力
• 英語力
