Responsibilities

• エンタテインメント領域における事業開発推進用のラインナップ企画と開発
• エンタテインメント領域の事業開発を進める支援先企業・プロジェクトに対する、事業開発支援業務（戦略策定、事業企画立案、事業計画策定等における伴走・実行支援、アドバイザリーおよび事業開発を目的にした戦略的パートナーシップ、スタートアップ提携推進の伴走実行支援・アドバイザリー等）

Requirements

必須条件：

• エンタテインメント領域（特に音楽・アニメ・映像・ゲーム）において、複数の領域での新規事業立ち上げ経験
• IPコンテンツを活用した事業開発・事業運営の経験
• アライアンスによる事業開発の経験

歓迎条件：

• メタバース、XR 、Web3.0など技術活用の経験
• グローバル市場での事業開発の経験
• マネージャー経験（3年以上）
• エンタテインメント領域におけるコンサルティング経験（クライアントワーク経験）
