Company overview

We are a company that brings innovation to the industry with a new business model that integrates IT and real estate. We offer three main web services. Firstly, a matching service that connects customers looking to buy or sell used condominiums with real estate agents. Secondly, a service that allows real estate investors to check the asset value and income simulation of properties in real-time. Thirdly, a crowdfunding service that enables real estate fund management entirely online. Through these services, we provide swift and efficient property proposals and renovation support, transforming the norms of the real estate industry.

Responsibilities

業務内容：

• 資金管理（資金繰り・入金/支払処理・資金移動等）
• 資金計画の策定
• 財務システムの導入検討
• 金融機関対応（資金調達等）
• 単体、連結決算業務（説明や資料作成、取りまとめ等）
• 組織/ピープルマネジメント、プロジェクトリード
• など

※各種ワークフローの整理・各事業の財務収支管理・レポーティングなど、要望や適性を踏まえてアサインさせていただきます。

Requirements

必須要件：

• 下記いずれかの経験 (3年以上) のある方
  • 資金管理（資金繰り・入金/支払処理・資金移動等）
  • 資金計画の策定
  • 単体、連結決算業務（説明や資料作成、取りまとめ等）

歓迎要件：

• 金融機関（銀行・信金系など）での業務経験
• 上場会社での財務経理の経験
• 資金管理（日次/月次/四半期/年次）
• 財務システムの導入経験
• 単体・連結決算取りまとめ経験
• マネジメント経験
