■業務内容
海外子会社の事業管理をメインでお任せし、併せて現地の事業立ち上げ支援をお任せします。
■業務詳細
海外販売金融子会社の事業拡大支援および新規事業の企画推進
既存事業の強化に加え、決済・データ領域など新ビジネスの方向性を各国事情に応じて検討
現地リージョン担当者と連携し、子会社（各リージョン10～20社）の事業運営を支援
現地にある事業の種を見つけ、事業の舵取りや新規立ち上げを主導

定期的に担当をローテーションしており、多様な地域の経営管理・経営推進に関与できます。海外との連携も多いため、海外駐在に向けた知識や経験を身に付けやすい環境です。
※将来的に海外赴任の可能性有（社員の30%が海外赴任中）。国内でのご活躍が認められた方は、入社3～5年後を目安に海外に赴任しています。
