Responsibilities

本ポジションは、同社の海外商用車ブランド事業における販売管理・セールスオペレーションを担うポジションです。受注から売上・登録・在庫に至る各種データの管理・分析を通じて販売状況を可視化し、営業活動の円滑な推進を支援します。また、販売店や社内関係部門との連携窓口として、各種レポート作成や販売関連システムの運用、書類発行・問い合わせ対応など幅広い業務を担当いただきます。正確かつタイムリーな情報管理を通じて、海外商用車ブランドの販売事業を支える重要な役割を担っていただきます。

• 生産、受注、売上、登録、在庫に関するデータの集計・分析・管理
• 販売実績や進捗状況に関する各種レポートの作成および配信
• 販売店向けの各種書類発行および問い合わせ対応
• 販売関連システムへのデータ入力および運用管理
• 社内外関係者との調整及び販売プロセスに関わる事務手続き、ドキュメント管理

Requirements

■必須条件：

• 販売プロセス（仕入れ、在庫管理、販売）に関する知識
• 商材を問わず、販売プロセスに関わる実務経験3年以上の経験をお持ちの方
• Microsoft Office（Excel、PowerPoint、Word等）を用いたデータ集計および資料作成スキル
• 英語を使用した業務に抵抗がなく、必要に応じて対応できる方
• 英語を継続的に学ぶ意欲がある方
