Responsibilities

グループ横断のBCM（事業継続マネジメント）を担い、国内外の拠点・グループ会社と協働しながら、企画立案から展開・運用改善までを推進します。具体的には、IMP（初動対応計画）／BCP（事業継続計画）の整備・更新、教育・訓練プログラムの設計と実行、各種ガイドライン・規程の整備・運用を担当。大規模災害や感染症、地政学リスクなど多様化する事象を想定し、関係部門とリスクを構造化して優先度付けし、実効性のある計画へ落とし込みます。推進にあたっては事業部門・コーポレート部門・海外拠点との合意形成を主導し、英語での会議や資料作成を通じて各国の事情を踏まえた最適解を形成。前例の少ない課題にも主体的に向き合い、巻き込み力と実行力で継続的な高度化を実現します。

Requirements

■必須条件：下記いずれかのご経験の方歓迎！

• 事業企画または経営計画のご経験
• プロジェクトマネジメントのご経験
• BCM（事業継続マネジメント）のご経験
• 英語力を有する方（TOEIC 730点以上）

■歓迎条件：

• 大規模プロジェクトや組織横断的な業務改善活動の推進経験
• 災害対応、情報セキュリティ、サプライチェーンリスク等に関する知見
• TOEIC 800点以上のスコアを保有している方
