Responsibilities

【事業戦略策定及び推進業務】デジタルソリューション統括本部における事業戦略策定及び推進の中核を担い、データと現場をつなぎながら、意思決定を支える役割です。

• 市場、競合、技術要件等の各種調査、データ解析
• 中長期経営計画、経営会議資料等の資料作成、更新、社内周知
• データドリブンな事業戦略策定及び推進（データ整備とツール活用方法の検討を含む）
• ビジネスモデルの調査、検討、提案
• 商流の整理を含むガバナンス体制の最適化、業務見直しによる効率性と質の向上
• 成長戦略・成長投資戦略策定のためのデータ整備、M&A推進、及びPMI活動（統合後の体制構築・定着支援）

【その他】

• 統括本部長、各事業部長等の上席からの指示事項への対応
• 統括本部の全体イベントなど、本部室への協力
• 事業戦略策定・推進リーダー（調査・分析担当）として必要な実務全般

Requirements

■必須条件：

• 大卒以上　専攻不問
• 財務会計、管理会計の知見を有し、3年以上の実務経験があること
• 日商簿記検定2級、もしくは同等以上の資格
• リーダー経験／3年以上
• 英語：ビジネスレベル／TOEIC(R)テスト700点相当
• 日本語：ネイティブレベル
• その他の条件：PPT、Excel、Word等による資料作成、プレゼンテーション経験（日本語及び英語）

• プロジェクトリーダー経験
• 業務におけるリーダー経験
• MBA（経営学修士）、中小企業診断士等
