Responsibilities

• 経営企画部課長として、中期経営計画および年度計画の策定をリードし、経営層と連携し戦略的な方向性を明確にします。
• 海外子会社を管理し、グローバルガバナンス施策の強化を推進します。具体的には、各子会社の経営状況を分析し、日本本社の方針を浸透させるための施策を提案・実現します。
• 経営課題の抽出と解決に向けた提案を行い、社内外のステークホルダーと連携してプロジェクトを推進します。
• 経営指標の分析を行い、改善策を提案し、実現に移す役割を担います。特に、予実管理の実施により、経営資源の最適化を図ります。

Requirements

【必須】

• 製造業での経営企画部門におけるマネジメント経験をお持ちの方
• 英語でのビジネスコミュニケーション能力があり、海外拠点との連携ができる方

【歓迎】

• 半導体関連業界での経営企画や事業企画の実務経験がある方
• 海外子会社監理の経験があり、グローバルガバナンス施策を立案できる方
• 予実管理の実績があり、経営指標の分析に基づく改善提案ができる方
• 中期経営計画や年度計画の策定経験があり、リーダーシップを発揮できる方
