- Responsibilities
- Main responsibilities:
Maintain & improve Quality Management System, complying with ISO9001 and AS9100 requirement and other “customer-specific” requirement.
Handling of quality related issues including non-conformities found in house process and field.
Lead or support frailer products handling process (internal) and Claim activity (external) to maintain the company's Quality Standard.
Take care of customer audits, internal audits and external audits.
Writing technical report, work procedure as needed (English, Japanese)
Establish good relationship with customers.
