Responsibilities

３つの基本業務。業務内容：

• 商品品質管理　→　企画品質保証＝品質基準管理
  • シーズン企画スケジュールに則って各試験を行い商品企画品質の保証と実着用テストにて「掛け心地」など確認
• 工場品質管理　→　本生産品質保証＝バラツキ管理
  • 生産工場の品質管理を監査し適正た管理体制が維持されているかの定期監査を実施。
  • 生産された商品の品質保証のために中間検査や最終検査をを実行
  • 中国外生産国については、生産管理体制の構築をおこなう
• 販売国法規制管理　→　市場品質保証＝品質基準管理
  • 新規出店国に対して法的規制を理解し正しい品質を確保する
  • お客様の声を聴きながら、お客様満足にむけて品質管理方法を適正なやり方やや体制を柔軟に対応

Requirements

必須要件：

• 以下いずれかのご経験
  • 雑貨・ファッション業界にて品質管理業務携わった経験
  • 企画・設計段階での品質管理経験
  • 生産工場にて品質管理・工場指導経験（過去3年以上）
• メンバーの業務推進（進捗管理）能力の高い方
• 「お客様」「店舗」を軸（中心）として判断や、ものの考え方ができる方
• 物理基礎（高校修行程度）

歓迎要件：

• 雑貨・アパレル等の「ものつくり」のプロセスの本質を理解している（SPA企業なら尚良）
• 英語か中国語（ビジネスレベル）
• 品質管理検定（2級）
• 繊維製品品質管理士
