国内外の安全規制への遵守を確保するため、安全巡視を定期的に実施する。
同社内の安全パフォーマンス向上のためのプロセス最適化や継続的改善（CI）活動を統括する。
プロセスエンジニアや安全スペシャリストのチームを管理・育成し、専門性の向上と技術的卓越性を推進する。
エンジニアリングプロジェクトおよび安全関連施策に関する部門予算、リソース配分、投資計画を管理する。
全拠点において、半導体製造に関する規制、環境基準、安全認証の遵守を確実にする。
