Responsibilities

半導体製造装置向けソフトウェアの導入・サポート・改善を担うポジションです。
顧客やフィールドサポートチームと連携しながら、不具合解析やソフトウェアの導入支援、機能改善を推進し、装置の安定稼働と顧客満足度向上に貢献いただきます。


■主な業務内容

• 半導体製造装置向けソフトウェアの導入・運用支援
• ソフトウェアのテスト、展開、保守および改善
• ソフトウェア・機械・電気関連の不具合解析およびトラブルシューティング
• 顧客およびフィールドサポートチームからのエスカレーション対応
• 品質保証チームと連携した不具合対応および品質改善
• 顧客要求に基づく機能仕様の策定支援
• ソフトウェア仕様書、テスト計画書などのドキュメント作成
• システム設計および開発チームとの連携
• 顧客ニーズの収集および優先順位付け
• ソフトウェアアップグレードおよび評価支援

Requirements

■必須

• C++またはC#を用いたソフトウェア開発経験
• ソースコードの解析およびデバッグ経験
• 日本語・英語ともにビジネスレベル以上

■歓迎

• コンピュータサイエンス、コンピュータ工学または関連分野の学位
• ソフトウェア開発経験10年以上
• 装置制御ソフトウェアまたは半導体製造装置向けソフトウェアの開発経験
• リアルタイムシステムまたは組込みソフトウェアの開発経験
• ネットワーク通信、EtherCAT、デバイスドライバに関する知識・経験
