Responsibilities

グローバルに事業を展開する電子部品・コネクティビティソリューション企業において、品質保証および製造プロセス高度化を支える測定技術の専門ポジションです。製品開発から量産工程まで幅広いフェーズに関与し、先進的な測定技術や品質管理手法を活用しながら、品質向上と標準化推進に貢献いただきます。企業は様々な産業向けに高品質なコネクティビティソリューションを提供しており、グローバルなエンジニアリング体制と品質への高いコミットメントを強みとしています。
業務内容：

• 製品ごとの重要品質特性（CTQ）定義と測定戦略の立案
• 測定機器の選定、測定環境構築、測定方法・条件設計
• 管理図や検査頻度・サンプリングなどコントロールプランの策定
• 測定システム評価・最適化（例：三次元測定機、共焦点顕微鏡、レーザー測定機）
• MSA、GR&R、校正、トレーサビリティ管理
• 工程能力（Cp/Cpk）やSPC設計、リスクベース検査戦略立案
• 製品図面やGD&T要求事項の分析、工程管理項目への展開
• DOE活用による工程最適化、歩留り・品質改善活動のリード
• 品質・工程データ分析、不良解析、グローバル拠点展開や標準化活動推進

Requirements

必須要件：

• 製造技術、品質技術、測定技術分野で5年以上の実務経験
• 精密部品または微細寸法部品の測定システム開発経験
• SPCまたは品質管理業務経験
• NPI/NPDプロジェクト参画経験
• 日本語、英語ともにビジネスレベル（TOEIC700点以上）

歓迎要件：

• MT Ferruleや光コネクタ製品の経験
• サブミクロン領域の測定経験
• 精密成形や金型技術経験
• AI・データ分析ツール活用経験
• ASQ CQE等の品質関連資格
