Positioned as a crucial hub for technological development and production within our group, over one-third of the new electronic devices developed by our group are created in Japan. Responsibilities

■ポジションについて
スマートフォン、タブレット、AR/VRデバイス向けコネクタ製品の開発を担当いただきます。
製品コンセプトの立案から顧客への提案、設計、試作評価、量産立上げまで一貫して携わり、国内外の関係部門と連携しながら新製品開発を推進するポジションです。
海外顧客との打ち合わせや海外拠点との協業もあり、グローバルな環境で活躍いただけます。

■主な業務内容

• 製品コンセプトの企画・立案（CAD・FEA活用）
• 顧客への提案および製品仕様の策定
• 製造部門・信頼性評価部門と連携した製品設計・図面作成
• 試作品の評価および課題改善
• 量産化に向けた設計改善
• 国内外工場での量産立上げ支援

Requirements

■必須

• 理工系の学位
• 電気・電子部品メーカで製品開発業務3年以上の経験
• 3D CADでの設計経験
• CADの種類は不問

■歓迎

• 英語に抵抗のない方（苦手意識がなく自ら習得する意欲がある方は可）
• 電気・電子部品やモバイル業界に興味がある方、またその業界に長けている方
• モノづくりに興味がある方、製品の機能検証が好きな方
