- Responsibilities
- フリマアプリの「マーケティング担当（顧客育成）」として、既存ユーザーのLTV（Life Time Value：顧客生涯価値）向上をミッションに、ユーザーエンゲージメントを高めるための各種マーケティング施策の企画から実行、効果検証までを一貫して担当いただきます。具体的には:
【企画・戦略立案】ユーザーの利用状況や行動データ（SQL、Google Analyticsなど活用）に基づいた分析
ユーザーセグメントごとの課題特定と、LTV向上に向けた戦略・施策の企画立案
【施策設計・実行】Push通知、アプリ内お知らせ、メール、アプリ内ポップアップなどの多様なコミュニケーションチャネルを活用した施策の設計
クーポンやポイント付与を主としたインセンティブキャンペーンの企画・設計
ユーザーのフェーズ（新規登録後、初出品、初購入、休眠など）に合わせたコミュニケーション設計とパーソナライズされた施策の展開
KPI設定、予算管理、A／Bテスト計画の策定と実施
【効果測定・分析・改善】実施施策のデータ集計、効果測定、レポーティング
施策の効果検証に基づいたユーザー行動分析と改善提案
