Responsibilities

• 新規ユーザ向けのインセンティブプログラムの拡大と改善（金額、条件、露出、コミュニケーションなど）
• 理容の利用の容易さを向上させるためのコアサイトセクションのUX改善（コンバージョン率の向上）
• ユーザの購買ニーズのタイミングやトレンドを正確に把握し、タイムリーなプロモーション実施
• 新しいECの機会のための新規サービス構築
• さまざまな手法でのユーザ分析

Requirements

必須条件:下記のうちいずれかでも当てはまる方

• 社会人歴3年以上
• 基礎的な定量定性のデータ分析スキル

歓迎条件:

• 事業会社もしくは広告代理店、コンサルティングファーム等におけるマーケティング
• 企画関連業務経験
• KPI・予算管理経験
• プロジェクトマネジメント経験
• 組織マネジメント経験
