Responsibilities

• 海外市場向けマーケティング戦術の設計・制作進行管理
• 海外の広告代理店・制作会社・メディアパートナー等との折衝・ディレクション
• アニメIPコラボ・キャンペーンに関するマーケティング調整と実行
• 各種施策に関するKPI設計と進捗モニタリング（CVR, ROI等）
• 現地プレイヤーの文化・嗜好を踏まえた施策のローカライズ推進
• 学生・キャンパス施策、SNS施策、オフライン施策のプランニング支援

Requirements

必須条件

• マーケティングまたは広告領域でのプロジェクト推進経験3年以上
• グローバルまたはローカル市場向けに制作パートナーとの折衝経験
• ロジカルなコミュニケーション力とプロジェクト管理能力

歓迎条件

• 海外市場または新興国市場でのマーケティング経験
• 海外広告代理店、制作会社のディレクション経験
• IPコンテンツ（アニメ・ゲーム等）への理解と関心
• SNSやYouTube文化、ローカルトレンドへの興味と知識
• デジタルマーケターやクリエイティブディレクターとの協業経験
