Responsibilities

• お買い物領域の拡大支援（ジャンルクロス体験）
• リピート購買促進の仕組み作り（習慣化、定期購入）
• 育成ステージ、ライフスタイル、購買ニーズにタイムリーに合わせたパーソナライズド・コミュニケーション
• ポイントだけに依存しないエモーショナルな関係性の開拓
• ギフト、購入履歴、ブックマークなど購買支援の進化

Requirements

必須条件:

• 社会人歴3年以上
• 事業会社もしくは広告代理店、コンサルティングファーム等でのカスタマーマーケティング経験者

• データ分析、統計スキル
• 企画関連業務経験
• KPI／予算管理経験
• プロジェクトマネジメント経験
• 組織マネジメント経験
