■ポジションについて
既存顧客のアカウントマネジメントを担い、関係強化およびアップセル・クロスセルによる売上拡大を推進するポジションです。
あわせて、属人化しがちな顧客対応を標準化・仕組み化し、営業組織全体の生産性向上に貢献いただきます。
将来的にはCustomer Success機能の立ち上げ・リードも期待されています。
■具体的な業務内容
エンタープライズ顧客のオーナーシップエンタープライズ顧客（10-20社）の主担当として、営業チームから完全に引き継ぎ、オーナーシップを持ち長期的なリレーションを構築・維持します。問い合わせ対応プロセスのリードや改善推進に加え、技術的課題はCustomer Engineeringと連携しながら解決。顧客の事業成長を支える戦略パートナーとして伴走します。
定期ビジネスレビュー月次・四半期ごとにビジネスレビューを企画・実施。 GMV推移・決済パフォーマンス（承認率・エラー率等）をデータ分析し、顧客のビジネス成長に向けた具体的な改善提案を提供。
アップセル戦略の推進顧客の事業計画および決済データを基に、新決済手段の導入や新機能活用の機会を特定。決済戦略のアドバイザーとして提案・商談を推進し、顧客と同社双方の成長を実現。
Churn リスクマネジメントデータを活用し、リスク顧客の可視化、GMV 減少やエンゲージメント低下などのリスクシグナルを早期に発見。リスク顧客に対して能動的なアクションを実行し、満足度の向上と継続利用の最大化を図ります。
