本ポジションはアジア太平洋地域のプロダクトマネジメント シニアマネージャーにレポートし、日本拠点に勤務いただきます。JASEAN地域におけるEモビリティ製品のプロダクトマネジメントを担当し、他地域や営業・エンジニアリング・オペレーションなどの主要機能チームとも密接に連携していただきます。
■業務詳細：◇チームマネジメント（30％）月次・年次評価プロセスの管理
プロダクトマネジメントチームの目標設定・進捗管理
チームメンバーの育成・コーチング、パフォーマンス管理
チーム内の知識ギャップを特定し、改善計画を策定
◇製品イノベーション（30％）市場動向分析、顧客との密接なコミュニケーションによるターゲット製品の定義
競合製品のベンチマークを通じた強み・改善点の把握
クロスファンクションとの優先順位調整、必要リソースの確保
社内チーム・リソースを調整し、プロジェクトの立ち上げ・実行を推進
◇利益率改善（20％）オペレーション・購買・エンジニアリングチームとの連携による製品コスト削減
営業・価格設定チームと協働し、価格下落の抑制・価格改定を実施
製品ミックスや製造拠点最適化など関連項目の管理
◇その他サポート業務（20％）KPI設定・進捗管理
地域・グローバルのベストプラクティス共有
複数国にまたがるプロジェクトの調整
