Responsibilities

• 海外給与計算プロセスのマネジメント
• オペレーションプロセスの改善
• 海外出向に関する報酬・福利厚生制度の企画立案（例：各種支援制度等）
• 社員相談対応・労務管理
• その他関連業務
• チーム内での業務PJTおよび、チームを超えて部署などで実行するPJTへの参加やプロジェクトマネジメントをお願いする事もあります。（例：QCC活動や転籍案件の対応など）

Requirements

必須条件：

• 事業会社での給与計算経験（目安3年以上）
• 海外人事やモビリティ（リロケーション関連サポート等）に関する実務経験
• 英語での実務経験

歓迎条件：

• 税務関連の知識をお持ちの方
• プロジェクトマネジメント経験
• 海外赴任者として赴任された経験がある方
• 人事企画や制度設計の経験がある方
