Responsibilities

• 給与計算（住民税、年末調整含む）
• 各種社会保険手続き（顧問社労士との連携）
• マイナンバー収集、管理
• 従業員からの問合せ対応
• その他関連業務
• その他、定常業務はオートメーション化を進めており、社内の顧客対応力の強化に努めています。

Requirements

必須条件：

• 給与社保経験が複数年あり、年末調整の経験がある方
• エクセル（Pivot、Lookup関数、四則演算関数など）
• ※業界は問いません

歓迎条件：

• 税務または財務の経験有
• 労務関連の資格者（社会保険労務士など）
