- Responsibilities

Main responsibilities:
- Partner with Human Resources and Business Leaders to develop and implement compensation strategies that attract, reward and retain key talent.
- Engage with Business, HR and Talent Acquisition on offers, promotions, and transfers when required.
- Operate with a customer-focused approach to program consultation and delivery.
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with the business and HR leaders of each function in order to demonstrate influence and impact on compensation outcomes.
- Innovate and react quickly to changing business and market realities and demonstrate openness and flexibility to internal customer needs and requests.
- Partner with corporate compensation team to maintain compensation structures and job data.
- Support practices to ensure compensation data in HR systems is accurate and adequate to meet business needs.
- Apply technical experience to aide with advancing and connecting technology usage to create simple and effective processes that help HR and the organization work more effectively and efficiently.
- Provide thought leadership on compensation metrics and reporting for the organization.
- Work with the global compensation team to develop a harmonized compensation structure, including job structure and salary ranges.
- Perform ad hoc analysis to support business needs
- Ensure legal compliance of all programs
- Requirements

Minimum requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of compensation experience
- Experience with APAC wide compensation programs with emphasis on both broad-based and incentive compensation; Global experience is a plus
- Experience working with and influencing across HR and the business
- Ability to tell the story and present clearly and concisely
- Creative, curious, and accountable team player who is excited by the opportunity to enact change and help drive profitable business results
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory topics
- Experience administrating large-scale compensation program changes
- Strong planning, problem-solving, project management, organizational, and communication skills
- Excellent analytical and technical skills including expertise in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and HRIS.
- Fluent in written and conversational English and Japanese
