Responsibilities: 当社の登録会員が規約や関連法規を守り、健全なビジネス活動に従事してもらえるよう、電話やE-mailで必要なアドバイスの提供や指導、それらを行うための調査、検証をお任せします。
問題が起きた際は最終判断を行うアメリカ本社へ調査結果を報告し、本社にて適切な判断がなされる様、必要なレポート等を行って頂きます。
業務詳細:
報告を受けた会員の消費者トラブル、規約違反行為について電話などで当事者、関係者に実態調査をする。
当社の登録顧客規約に従い、規約・契約違反調査状況、調査結果を随時アメリカ本社に報告し、適切な措置の決定を求め、該当会員及び関係者に報告し、措置を実行する。
蓄積された情報を基に、現状マーケットで発生している問題を分析し、再発防止に向けた改善案、トレーニング、マテリアル、SNS、などの企画、作成、運営をする。
アメリカ本社より報告される指示(ガイドライン作成、改訂、調査フローの見直し)について、日本国内での実施に問題がないか検証し、実施する。必要に応じて関係部署、本社と協議交渉する。
社内プロジェクトにおいて、企画の内容が規約や関連法規に照らし合わせて整合性、懸念点がないか、適切な助言をする。
