■ポジションについて
財務報告および財務ソリューションの推進を担うポジションです。
IFRS・日本基準・税務・サステナビリティ関連開示に関するレポーティング業務に加え、財務数値の分析を通じた経営支援や財務健全性向上に向けた施策立案・推進を担当いただきます。
また、新商品導入や組織変更などの各種プロジェクトにおいて、関連部門と連携しながら推進役として活躍いただきます。

■主な業務内容

• IFRS、日本基準、税務関連の財務報告および開示業務
• 経営層向け財務レポートおよび分析資料作成
• 財務数値および税務結果の分析
• 財務健全性向上および収益最適化に向けた施策立案
• サステナビリティ関連開示対応
• 新商品導入、組織変更等に伴うプロジェクト推進
• 関連部門との調整および課題解決
• チーム運営およびメンバー育成支援

Requirements

■必須

• IFRSおよびJ-GAAPに基づく財務報告業務経験
• 経理・税務業務経験8年以上
• IFRSまたはJ-GAAPによる財務報告経験7年以上
• ネイティブレベルの日本語スキル
• ビジネスレベル以上の英語スキル
• Microsoft Excel、Word、PowerPoint、SAPの利用経験
• 日商簿記2級以上

■歓迎

• 税理士試験2科目以上合格
• 公認会計士（CPA）または米国公認会計士（USCPA）資格
