Responsibilities

■業務内容（BI構築プロジェクトリーダー）

• 物流パッケージ製品のデータを活用するためのデータ連携基盤の設計・開発（DWH連携を含む）
• 業務部門へのヒアリングを通じた要件整理およびデータ可視化の企画立案
• 経営判断を支えるBI基盤の構築・高度化推進
• グローバル拠点に向けたデータ利活用の推進
• 海外ベンダーおよび子会社との英語での調整・折衝、ベンダーコントロール

• 経営・事業戦略に直結するデータ活用を上流工程からリード
• 海外ベンダーやグループ会社と連携しながら、グローバルな環境でプロジェクトを推進

Requirements

■必須要件

• システム開発または運用経験（3年以上）
• 業務要件整理またはユーザー折衝経験
• リーダー業務経験（規模問わず）　3年以上
• 英語でのコミュニケーション力（ビジネスレベル）

■歓迎要件

• コンサルティング経験
• BIツール（Power BI / Tableau）経験
• BIツールを用いたダッシュボード構築経験
• 物流業務知識(海運、空運)
• グローバルプロジェクト経験
