Responsibilities
  • For new aircraft contracts and Support and Services contracts, the Project Manager will be responsible for execution of these contracts.
  • In charge of managing the planning and following the milestone achievement of other department participating to the contracts.
  • Responsible for the costing preparation at offer level, and the financial closure after project tis closed.
  • Prepare and lead various meeting for project preparation, progress and closure.
  • Manage the clashes for the planning, the costing and the milestones achievement.
  • Communicate the target, progress, and clashes with other departments and leaders.
  • Accountable for the “on time”, “on cost” and “on quality” execution of each contract.
Requirements
  • Minimum five years of work experience in project management, program management, costing/procurement, contract execution or relevant role
  • Diplomatic sense and open/‘out-of-silo’ mind-set
  • Ability to build successful relations across functions and with all stakeholders
  • Positive, pro-active, and enthusiastic communication and working
  • Organizational skills
  • Capacity to take decision
  • Rigorous
  • Motivated for challenges
  • Proficiency in Japanese
  • Proficiency in English
  • Working experience in the aviation sector would be a plus (not mandatory) 
  • Engineering Degree is not required but experience working with complicated products such as plants, aircraft, medical devices, heavy machinery (etc) is a plus
