This role oversight three different aspects of Commercial Supply Chain arena. Main responsibilities:
- 3PM (Third Party Management)
- Manage external partners (Contract Manufacturing Organizations) throughout its business life cycle. (i.e. RFI/RFQ, selection, launch and transfer, operational routine and termination).
- All activities shall be executed with close collaboration with both external and internal stakeholders. (Commercial Quality, Product Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Production Technology, Legal, BI Global External Strategic Partnership Organization)
- The main responsibilities of 3PM is 1) to minimize product-related/ 3rd-party-related risks, 2)to enhance quality of products, 3)to achieve competitive cost thru win-win relationship.
- Drive Business Review Meeting with CMOs to build/enrich trustful relationship beyond company borders.
- Artwork Management
- Secure stable Artwork processes through optimization and compliance with the corporate guidelines, local standards, and customer’s demands.
- Contribution for launch project and packaging design change in a timely manner.
- Keep close contact with Global Label and Artwork Management Organization to assure local procedures are up to date and in line with Global standard.
- Product Lifecycle Management
- Process lead for JP Product Lifecycle Management Committee.
- Act as an information tower for newly launched products, collect/consolidate needed information and establish Sub Team Operation team in timely manner to prepare a product launch.
- Take a key role in Brand Assessment (Local and Global), being a representative of HP Supply in case further actions are drawn from assessments, such as brand divestiture, product delisting, or expansion of business thru CHC or Authorized Generic.
- Shape the company's portfolio lean and strategic by driving annual portfolio review.
- Further enriches the Business Continuity Plan to assure stable supply under unexpected crisis circumstance taking product lifecycle into consideration.
- Keep close contact with Global Product Lifecycle Management and Supply Resilience Organization to assure local procedures are up to date and in line with Global standard.
- Accountabilities
- Ensure Department policy and company priorities based on the mid/long term business goals.
- Secure CMO performance and optimize CMO network
- Manage outsourcing projects regarding BI-owned products
- Support new launches of BI-owned products to CMO
- Complete the development of printed packaging materials which conforms corporate guidelines, regulations and market needs in time to meet the deadline.
- Implement necessity revision of printed packaging materials in a timely manner.
- Ensure packaging materials are complied with the guideline and all launch schedules are as planned.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with concerned functions to comply with related Laws, Guideline and customer’s needs.
- Manage Pharmaceutical Product Life Cycle
- Lead HP Supply related activities upon brand strategy
- Support HP BU Japan for new business opportunities
- Conduct Contingency Management
- Develop a seamless process to support business processes
- Budget planning & adherence
- Ensure EHS at 3PMAMPLM group
- Realize Organizational and Talent Development at 3PMAMPLM Group
- 3PM (Third Party Management)
- Requirements

Minimum requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably advanced degree
- Background in project management or the equivalent in experience
- Background in CMO managements including basic knowledge of contracting.
- Background in SAP, Business process of pharmaceutical manufacturing, GMP
- Background in project management or the equivalent in experience
- English:Business Level
- Japanese:Native or Business Level
