Our main services include automated household accounting and asset management for individuals, economic media, and a financial product comparison platform. For businesses, we offer cloud services and B2B deferred payment services.

Responsibilities

• プロダクトマネージャーや業務担当者へのヒアリングを通じた課題発見と要件定義
• 課題解決に向けたAIソリューション（生成AI・RAG・機械学習モデルなど）の提案・検証
• プロトタイプの開発と効果検証を通じた実現性評価
• 本番環境を見据えたAIシステムの設計・実装・運用設計
• 品質担保のためのテスト方針策定・実装・評価
• 各プロダクトチームと連携したAI機能導入プロジェクトの推進

Requirements

必須条件

• 生成AIまたは機械学習を活用したアプリケーション開発の経験（PoCを含む）
• Webアプリケーションの開発経験（Python、クラウド環境、API連携など）
• プロダクトマネージャーや業務担当者との協働による要件定義・設計の経験
• SQLを用いたデータ分析・検証の基礎スキル
• AIソリューションにおける品質・セキュリティ・運用設計に関する基本的な理解
• ビジネスレベル以上の日本語力

歓迎条件

• ビジネス基礎レベルの英語力（TOEIC（R）700点相当以上）など
