Responsibilities

• 最新技術動向のリサーチ、PoCの企画・実施・事業化検討
• 事業会社・営業／職能本部の課題抽出、企画・要件定義
• 技術選定、ソリューショニング、ベンダー選定
• AI／MLプロジェクトにおける技術支援・知見提供・社内コンサルティング
• AI・クラウド・データ分析技術を活用したアプリケーション開発
• 開発プロジェクトの進捗・品質・リソース管理
• 外部開発パートナー／ベンダーとの連携・管理
• グローバル拠点との連携によるデジタル施策／プロダクトの展開
• 将来的なエンジニアリングチームの組成・チームマネジメント

Requirements

必須条件：

• 新規事業開発／PoCプロジェクトでのAI関連サービスの設計・実装・評価経験
• システム開発の企画・要件定義からローンチ／運用までの一貫リード、または主要開発者としての経験
• 機械学習アルゴリズムやRAG（Retrieval-Augmented Generation）システムの精度評価／改善のリード経験

歓迎条件：

• カメラや各種センサーデバイスの接続、コンピュータビジョン／音声・センシングデータ処理の基礎知識・実装経験
