Responsibilities

R-Connect（API）というプロダクトを用いて、国内外のパートナーを対象としたコネクティビティ関連業務を担当していただきます。＜業務詳細＞

• 新規ベンダーやホテルチェーンとの接続契約交渉：営業や法務などの関係各所と連携し、新規契約の交渉を行います。また契約交渉前には事業にどのくらいのビジネスインパクトが生まれるかを試算します。
• 新規ベンダーとのシステム連携に向けたプロジェクト管理：契約締結後、営業、開発、カスタマーサポート、サポートデスクと連携し、プロジェクトオーナーとして推進します。
• 社内のプロジェクト管理：社内で発生する各種プロジェクトにおいて、コネクティビティに関する役割を他部署と連携しながら推進します。
• 既存パートナーとのコネクティビティの運用保守：既存パートナーや宿泊施設、関連部署からの問い合わせに対してトラブルシューティングを行います。
• ドキュメント作成：各種マニュアルやガイドラインの作成および更新を行います。

Requirements

必須条件:

• 開発部門でのプログラミング業務経験、あるいはプロジェクトマネジメント業務経験（１年以上）

歓迎条件:

• APIに関する業務経験
• Python利用経験
• 旅行・宿泊業界経験
• 社外取引先との渉外経験
