- 国内大手証券会社向けITヘルプデスクチームにて、問い合わせ対応およびチームリード業務を担当いただきます。
<具体的な業務>PC、iPhone、iPad、Office製品に関する問い合わせ対応(対面、電話、メール)
日本語および英語によるユーザーサポート(外国籍社員対応含む)
ソフトウェアインストールおよび各種設定サポート
問い合わせ内容の管理、ナレッジ蓄積
定例報告会への参加およびレポート作成
ビジネスパートナーを含むチームメンバーの進行管理
