Responsibilities

• プログラムスポンサーや主要関係者と連携し、プログラムの戦略目標・KPI策定、周知活動を実施
• 3ヵ年のプログラム計画（予算・ベネフィット・成果物）の策定・管理
• 個別プロジェクトの計画精査と進捗・リスク管理、戦略目標への整合性確保
• グループ全体の関連プロジェクトとの連携、依存関係の整理
• ガバナンス体制の構築と運用、会議体の運営・進捗報告・情報共有のハブ機能
• プロジェクトデリバリーチームの支援、社内プロジェクト管理基準の徹底
• 経営層、国内外関係者への適切な報告・エスカレーション

Requirements

必須条件

• 大規模かつ複雑なプログラムのマネジメント経験（グローバル/ローカル両方のステークホルダー対応）
• ITインフラや複数技術領域での知識・経験
• 英語：流暢、日本語：ビジネスレベル
