Responsibilities

ITオペレーションエンジニアとして、経営層（代表取締役、CTO、執行役員）と連携し、以下の業務を推進いただきます。

• 情報セキュリティ戦略・方針・ガイドライン等の策定サポート
• ITインフラストラクチャのベストプラクティス導入
• 情報セキュリティ方針・コンプライアンスを遵守したオペレーションの安定運用
• ネットワーク、サーバー、認証システムの適切な管理
• ITセキュリティ強化のためのITポリシーの策定及びネットワーク、エンドポイント、デバイス（Mac／Windows／iOS／Android）のセキュリティ管理
• ハードウェア、ソフトウェア、クラウドベースのITシステム（AWS／GCP／Azure等）を含むIT資産の管理・保守
• 技術文書の更新、IT関連のリクエスト対応及びトラブルシューティング

Requirements

■必須条件：

• Google Workspace、Google Cloud Identity、Microsoft Entra IDなどのID管理、認証システムに関する知識及び経験
• MacOS、Windows、iOS、Androidなどのエンドポイント管理に関する知識及び経験

■歓迎条件：

• IDおよびアクセス管理（例：Entra ID、SSO、SCIM）
• エンドポイント管理（例：MS Intune）
• グループウェア管理

■語学：

• 英語：中級
