- ■業務内容：
MFP（MultiFunctionPeripheral）開発において、顧客価値を高めるコントローラーFWの開発プロジェクトを開発リーダー（プロジェクトマネージャー）として推進し、QCDを達成することで事業利益に貢献する。
MFPだけでなく関連ソリューション・サービスとの連携を行い、顧客の利便性／生産性を高めるための制御FW／SW開発プロジェクトであり、国内外の多拠点で活動する100名を超える開発者を統率し成功に導くことが期待される。
プロジェクトマネージャーとしての具体的な役割としては、新製品・機能の開発に際して顧客価値を関連部門（販売会社、商品企画、サービスなど）と連携しながら検討し、機能仕様や全体制御の策定を行い、プロジェクトスコープの決定、開発計画の策定、QCD管理、他部門（販売会社、商品企画、設計・開発、品質保証、サービス、製造など）との連携を推進する。
