Responsibilities

• メガバンク・保険業界向けのプロジェクトマネジメント
• クライアントとの折衝、提案フェーズからの参画
• オフショア開発を含むグローバルプロジェクトの推進
• チームマネジメント（2～3名規模）、デリバリー責任
• 必要に応じて英語でのコミュニケーション（海外支社・開発拠点との連携）

Requirements

必須要件:※以下いずれも必須

• コンサルティングファーム、SIer、金融関連企業における業務経験（目安5年以上）
• 3名以上のプロジェクトマネジメント経験
• 金融業界に関するプロジェクト経験
• システム関連プロジェクト経験

歓迎要件:

• システム開発案件における要件定義から移行リリースまでの経験
• 英語での会議ファシリテーション、ワークショップ運営経験
• 銀行業務経験／銀行プロジェクト経験者歓迎
• 保険業務経験（生損保）／保険プロジェクト経験者歓迎
