Build our Customer Development strategy with: necessary action plan to grow strong at his/her customers
customer RFI/RFQ cycle plan to anticipate customer needs and associated products - volume forecast
Lead tough negotiations (inflation, volume. Raw materials,….). And is the interface of the customer in case of logistics crisis
Drive and build the technical productivity road map together with the project managers and the manufacturing plants to reach customer ambitions of yearly savings
Communicate and report internally the progress of business in his/her Product Group and with Group Customer Director
Support Engineering technology road map presentation
Escalate crisis issues to upper management in timely manner
Update business database
Manage administrative documents required by customer: packaging, quality, capacity, prices….
