打ち合わせ先は生産管理、購買、設計など技術部門が中心で、設計図面を確認しながら要件を整理する場面が多くあります。商談では、仕入れ先技術者と同行し製品構造や性能を説明しつつ、量産条件や納期の成立を詰めていきます。取り扱うのは四輪・二輪・ボート向け部材で、海外輸入品も含まれるため、品質・物流・納期などの管理や海外サプライヤーとの調整も重要です。状況に応じて国内外の新規顧客開拓も行います。※四輪自動車や二輪自動車、ボートに関連する商材を扱います。
■入社後の業務：入社後は先輩社員のアシスタントなどを行いながら、仕入れ先の工場などに伺いながら製品の知識などを身につけていただきます。その後一人で顧客を担当して頂きますが、未経験からの入社実績も豊富で、中長期にわたって周りがしっかりとサポートいたします。

Responsibilities: 国内外の自動車メーカーを担当し、顧客窓口をリードして技術承認を取り、開発から量産（EOP）までのプロジェクトを推進いただくポジションです。
《具体的には》①顧客窓口：OEMの担当部署（購買・技術・品質など）との連絡窓口を務めます。
②チーム管理：USJP内のカスタマーチームを統率し、各部門の上長と調整してチームメンバーに目標を割り当てます。
③事業計画の作成と合意：達成すべき売上や利益目標に対する計画を作り、経営と合意します。
④顧客別戦略の提案：IBP（統合ビジネス計画）などのプロセスで、顧客ごとの戦略をまとめて経営に提示します。
⑤技術・商業条件の決定：価格や供給方式などの条件を具体化します。具体的にはプロジェクトマネージャーと連携して、技術やシステム統合の市場方向を定義
