- Responsibilities

Main responsibilities:
- Represent the company to the respective OEM or Tier 1 Management Teams in developing and selling new and existing products.
- This function is to develop, maintain and expand low and high level relationships with Customers which will lead to future profitable growth for the company.
- Bring the Customer’s voice closer to Gentex and give Gentex a greater voice at the Customer

Minimum requirements:
- Education preference – Four year college degree in engineering or business
- Bilingual - Japanese/English preferred. (TOEIC 750 or higher.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Should also have good listening skills.
- Five or more years of experience of in-vehicle parts (electronic parts preferred) sales to JOEMs is required.
- Experience managing business relationships with Toyota is preferred.
- Knowledge in automotive industry.
- Understanding of Japanese and American business cultures.
- Willingness to work extra hours and travel as necessary to achieve goals
