Responsibilities

当社及び子会社・関連会社のEV商用車に関するプロジェクトの立ち上げから完了までの全体の管理をご担当いただきます。
業務内容：

• クロスファンクショナルなプロジェクトチームのリードと管理
• プロジェクトの計画、実行、納品の監督
• 製造チームと連携し、プロジェクト目標の達成
• 国際的なパートナーやステークホルダーとの調整
• 品質基準とスケジュールの遵守
• プロジェクト予算とリソースの管理

Requirements

必須要件：

• 製造業でのプロジェクトマネジメント経験
• 製造プロセスと技術に関する深い理解
• 国際チームとの連携およびクロスボーダープロジェクトの管理経験
• 優れたコミュニケーションとリーダーシップスキル
• 複数のプロジェクトを同時に扱う能力
• 中国語 日本語 ビジネスレベル以上
