Responsibilities

Main responsibilities:

• The Project Manager leads one or several customer or internal projects of medium size, or projects which are part of a larger/complex project
• Interface between customer and the organization
• Focus on delivering project according to standards and scope
• Mitigate risks

Requirements

Minimum requirements:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree
• 5 year of experience in the industry leading a small group or (sub) project
• Project Management skills (QCDDM)
• Strong understanding of product development process
• Manufacturing & Quality experience in automotive industry
• Electronics experience
• Experience, Knowledge at least of Functional Safety management and Cybersecurity Management
• Coaching leadership
• Ability to handle both internal and external pressure
• Maintain calm during project turbulence
• Language: Fluent in local language and proficient written & spoken English (additional language is a plus)
• Positive mindset, establishing a positive work environment and excellent team spirit
