Responsibilities

■ポジションについて
同社では、商用車におけるE/E（電気・電子）システムの開発を推進しています。
System Engineerは、各プロジェクトにおいて必要な車両機能およびシステム開発活動が適切に定義・実行されるよう管理し、E/Eシステムの確実な納入、保守性、一貫性の確保をお任せします。

■具体的な業務内容

•  開発プロセスに基づく電子部品・車両機能開発の推進および品質確保 
•  プロジェクト計画の策定、開発活動・成果物の進捗管理 
•  課題の特定・分析および関係部門へのエスカレーション対応 
•  リスク分析、FMEA、信頼性分析を活用したリスクマネジメント 
•  関係者との円滑なコミュニケーションおよび調整業務 
•  設計書のレビュー・リリースプロセスの管理・運用

Requirements

■必須

• 電気・電子分野、または関連分野での実務経験5年以上
• ハードウェアおよびソフトウェアアーキテクチャに関する知識
• 車両システムにおける要件定義・仕様書作成経験
• ネイティブレベルの日本語スキル

■歓迎

• ビジネスレベル以上の英語スキル
