Maintain tax information and records.
Prepare local tax provisions and returns, tax declarations, and other required reports by working with the Tax Accountant Office so that they are submitted accurately and on time.
Prepare Consumption Tax and Business Establishment Tax returns.
Work on the local interim tax payment such as Corporate income tax and Consumption Tax.
Review the US tax provision, analysis of tax accounts and reserves by working with internal shared accounting team in Shanghai
Responsible for Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and Internal Audit in the tax related area.
Key leadership role in managing the company’s global tax compliance requirements.
Critical role in tax audits, including providing information and research findings.
Lead correspondence with external tax agencies and other consultants.
Lead Transfer Price Adjustment analysis and documentation by working with Corporate Tax team in US and outside consultants
Analyze and interpret tax laws and regulations and understand how they impact the organization’s operations.
Support organizations to answer for the tax related inquiries from employees
