Responsibilities

航空会社から搬入されたエンジンは、整備工場で分解・洗浄・検査・部品修理・組立・試運転を行い再び航空会社に戻されますが、その中で高度な技術を要する部品修理は海外工場で行うことができず、同社工場で対応しています。

• 各国の整備工場からの部品検査・修理依頼対応と部品受け入れ
• 修理工程（洗浄/検査/修理/部品交換等）の立案・手順書作成・進捗管理
• 入出荷対応（見積もり作成、発送依頼、請求書の作成等） 当ビジネスは競合他社も少なく参入障壁が高いことから、高い利益率を誇ります。
• 海外顧客との折衝業務・納期管理、社内（技術・現場・品質・営業）各部門との連携・調整
• チームのマネジメント（人材育成・業務改善・パフォーマンス管理）

Requirements

必須条件：

• 商社・メーカーなどで，営業・お客さま対応・調達・生産調整業務のご経験
• 海外との業務調整経験のある方 (TOEIC(R)テスト600点以上レベル)
• 管理職のご経験

歓迎条件：

• メーカーにおける生産管理のご経験
