- ■業務内容：
新設組織である「グローバルプロジェクト推進室」に所属するプロジェクトマネジメントコンサルタントして、⽇系企業の海外拠点案件や外資系企業の⽇本進出に伴う案件を中⼼に、プロジェクトの問題点をマネジメント視点から洗い出し、解決へと導くコンサルティングと実⾏⽀援を⾏います。案件規模は100〜数百⼈/10億〜数百億円（1000億規模の案件も有）の案件が対象です。（※複数のプライムSIが参画する⼤規模案件でこそ、同社サポートが必要になるケースが多いため）
(1)「プロジェクトマネジメントアドバイザリー業務」：エンドユーザーから依頼を請け、各SIer・ベンダーには中⽴な⽴場で、PMに対するコンサルティング業務を⾏います。（例：SIerとユーザー企業の間に⽴ち現場のプロジェクトの成熟度・課題を第三者の視点から抽出/⻑期的な視点での課題解決・定着化プロセスの策定/PMの意志決定⽀援）
(2)「PMO実⾏⽀援業務」：上記施策が現場で実⾏されるまでも、同時に担当します。PMの参謀役、顧客折衝フォロー、全体業務の推進、メンバー管理、事務的業務の推進等、様々な役割がありますが、各プロジェクトの課題に合わせてPMOとして柔軟な役割を担います。
