■ポジションについて
施設管理チームのリーダーとして、チームメンバーの育成、マネジメントを通じ、工場の安定稼働を継続させるための工場建屋や電気、ユーティリティ設備全般の管理をお任せします。
長期的な維持管理、修繕、更新計画の策定を通じて、建物改修、受変電施設の更新など、大規模なプロジェクトをリードしながら、エネルギー効率改善、職場環境改善、従業員体験の向上を実現いただきます。
海外拠点のチームメンバーと協業する機会にも恵まれ、日本国内にとどまらない成長の機会が多く有ります。
■具体的な業務内容
工場施設管理における管理業務全般チームメンバーの育成、マネジメント
工場内建築物・電気設備（特別高圧変電設備）、ユーティリティ設備（エアコンプレッサ、空調等）の維持管理、保守点検
レイアウト変更を含む建屋改修計画、設備更新計画の立案と実施のリード
環境改善、エネルギー効率改善のリード
各種監査対応
