Responsibilities

【貿易取引や外為業務に関する実務経験をお持ちの方へ／中途入社多数活躍】
■業務内容：

• 経済制裁対象者の関与や経済制裁規制への違反・抵触の可能性がある取引の精査・調査を行う取引フィルタリング業務をお任せします。

■チーム編成：

• 次長＋チームリーダー3名の3チーム体制
• 外為業務経験者が多く在籍

■キャリアパス：

• 専門性の高い業務でもあり、グローバル金融犯罪分野の中で経済制裁に特化した人材、或いは同分野の他領域でキャリアを形成頂くイメージです。

■働き方：

• 週3日出社（通常週は週2日在宅）を基本としておりますが、必要に応じそれ以上出社頂くこともあります（運用は変わる可能性あり）。
• また、米国本部等との会議もあり、朝8時前、夜22時等の会議が発生することもあります。頻度は事象により異なりますが、平時は月1回未満です。

■育成・研修体制：

• 業務説明資料等による全体のご説明後、随時OJT等にて業務を学んでいただきます。
• 基本的に法令対応でもありペアで業務を担って頂く態勢としております。

Requirements

■必須条件：

• 貿易取引や外為業務に関する実務経験
• 英語での業務遂行能力（TOEIC（R）テスト730点目途）

■歓迎条件：

• 国際業務や海外での業務経験
• AML(Anti-money laundering)や経済制裁、贈収賄汚職防止に関する業務経験又は知識
