Responsibilities
The Manufacturing Services Group is composed of three teams: EHS, Facility Management, and General Affairs. The Facility Management team is responsible for the maintenance and management of buildings and factory equipment, as well as leading construction projects. The EHS team leads activities related to safety, health, and the environment, including audits. The General Affairs team maintains and manages a comfortable working environment through employee services. By collaborating closely with each other, these teams aim to be preferred partners for factory employees, contributing to stable factory operations and continuous improvement of the workplace environment.
Main responsibilities:
  • As the leader of the Facility Management team, you will be responsible for developing and supervising team members as well as managing the plant building and all electrical and utility facilities to ensure the continued stable operation of the plant. 
  • Through the development of long-term maintenance, repair, and replacement plans, you will lead large-scale projects such as building renovation and renewal of power substation facilities, while improving energy efficiency, workplace environment, and employee experience. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with plant members in overseas for your self-actualization beyond Japan.
  • General supervision in the management of plant facility team:
    • Development and management of team members to help them self-actualize
    • Maintenance, management, and checkup of plant buildings, electrical equipment (special high-voltage substation equipment), and utility equipment (compressed air system, air conditioning, etc.)
    • Responsible for leading the execution of building renovation (utility and constructions) and equipment upgrade plans as well as spending management
    • Lead environmental improvement and energy efficiency improvement
    • Support for various audits

業務内容:
  • 施設管理チームのリーダーとして、チームメンバーの育成、マネジメントを通じ、工場の安定稼働を継続させるための工場建屋や電気、ユーティリティ設備全般の管理をお任せします。
  • 長期的な維持管理、修繕、更新計画の策定を通じて、建物改修、受変電施設の更新など、大規模なプロジェクトをリードしながら、エネルギー効率改善、職場環境改善、従業員体験の向上を実現いただきます。海外拠点のチームメンバーと協業する機会にも恵まれ、日本国内にとどまらない成長の機会が多く有ります。
  • 工場施設管理における管理業務全般
    • チームメンバーの育成、マネジメント
    • 工場内建築物・電気設備(特別高圧変電設備)、ユーティリティ設備(エアコンプレッサ、空調等)の維持管理、保守点検
    • レイアウト変更を含む建屋改修計画、設備更新計画の立案と実施のリード
    • 環境改善、エネルギー効率改善のリード
    • 各種監査対応
Requirements
Minimum requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in facility team management
  • Communication skills in English (daily conversation level) and Japanese (business level)
  • Teambuilding skills to share the company's philosophy and values, have integrity, and build good relationships with stakeholders
  • Self-motivated to help others succeed

    • Qualifications such as Chief Electrical Engineer, Energy Manager, 2nd Class Architect, etc.
    • Experiences in leading improvement projects related to energy resources (electricity, water)
