This company is a global manufacturer of tires. The Company's business is the development, manufacture, distribution and sale of tires and related products and services across the world.
Responsibilities
Main responsibilities:
  • As an HR Manager, to cover all HR and general affairs topics, not limited to the area of Total Reward.
Requirements
Minimum requirements:
  • At least 8 years of experience in HR function, with 5 years payroll specialist at a multinational company.
  • Experience of payroll, tax, Social benefits and Expats.
  • Understanding of C&B, payroll, Japanese labour law and Income Tax.
  • Good business acumen & Possess basic financial knowledge.
  • Good team worker with leadership potential
  • Interpersonal communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal/external contacts
  • Communication skills in English: Business level.
  • MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience with collective bargaining process would be plus.
  • Experience with labor cases would be plus.
