Main responsibilities:
- As an HR Manager, to cover all HR and general affairs topics, not limited to the area of Total Reward.
- Requirements
-
Minimum requirements:
- At least 8 years of experience in HR function, with 5 years payroll specialist at a multinational company.
- Experience of payroll, tax, Social benefits and Expats.
- Understanding of C&B, payroll, Japanese labour law and Income Tax.
- Good business acumen & Possess basic financial knowledge.
- Good team worker with leadership potential
- Interpersonal communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal/external contacts
- Communication skills in English: Business level.
- MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
Preferred qualifications:- Experience with collective bargaining process would be plus.
- Experience with labor cases would be plus.
